📋 Description

• Own account health end to end — tracking delivery, inventory, satisfaction, forecasting, and sales.
• Build relationships with business leaders, lead brand communications, and drive end-to-end projects.
• Drive brand reporting and weekly business reviews to close gaps and sustain results.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker with full English fluency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
• 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales >$20M annually; China-imported brands
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and engage C-level to support teams.
• Strong independent and team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
