Senior Electrical Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end electrical design and validation of custom PCBs.
• Design PCBs from schematic through layout, bring-up, and handover.
• Define and execute hardware validation strategy (coverage & criteria).
• Collaborate with Machine Design, Test Software, and Production.
• Lead root cause analysis for electrical failures; durable CAPA.
• Manage PCB fab and assembly relationships; drive DFM feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong PCB design skills: mixed-signal and power.
• Hands-on bring-up and validation: scopes, instruments, scripted tests.
• Track record delivering reliable hardware in production/test environments.
• Ability to work across mechanical, software, and firmware boundaries.
• Nice to have: firmware/embedded experience.
• Nice to have: mechanical CAD familiarity.
