Architect PCBs and interfaces for power electronics, RF, and comms
Develop automated test sequences in Python for scalability and repeatability
Design and integrate custom test fixtures (relays, PLCs, PCBAs, harnessing)
Drive cross-functional design reviews with DFT improvements
Hands-on with HASS, ESS, HALT in simulated harsh environments

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related STEM
3+ years in hardware design and test engineering
Deep expertise in electrical design, mechanical, and software principles
Proven ability to design and validate multidisciplinary hardware
Track record of ownership from concept to execution
