10+ years hardware/verification experience across subsystems
Expertise in 3+ domains: compute/processing, controls/power, networking, or sensor hardware
Experience with diagnostic tools: oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, network generators, power
Proven ability to lead triage and root-cause investigations
Ability to drive design changes with hardware teams
Experience mentoring/leading engineers and communicating with stakeholders
