Senior Embedded Software Engineer (C++) - Hardware Safety

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end architecture for hardware safety and power management
• Write low-level drivers and firmware for safety-critical ICs
• Lead hardware-software safety diagnostic frameworks and ISO 26262 mapping
• Perform deep-dive code reviews across hardware safety modules
• Mentor engineers on embedded safety patterns and RTOS integration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field + 4+ yrs experience (or higher degrees with more experience)
• Embedded C/C++ with no exceptions, no RTTI, careful memory management
• Expertise in ARM Cortex-R5F and SoC architectures; MPU/configuration
• Experience with MPUs, hardware firewalls, HALs, and safety-critical drivers
• RTOS: FreeRTOS/SafeRTOS; experience with JTAG, logic analyzers, tracing
• ISO 26262 knowledge; ASIL-B/C concepts; safety traceability
