📋 Description

• Lead offboarding for Remote’s external employees across jurisdictions.
• Provide regional employee relations guidance and support clients.
• Drive process improvements within the Lifecycle team and with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/Business Partner experience across employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Proven record managing voluntary & involuntary exits with care and compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• Comfort with automation/AI and async collaboration tools.
