🎯 Requirements

HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
Strong background in exits, employment laws, and multi-jurisdiction guidance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
English fluency; additional languages a plus.
Comfort with automation/AI and async work tools.
Ability to work autonomously in a global, remote team.
