Senior Employment Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior-level consultant and trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, business leaders
• Own risk assessment and recommendation development for complex and high-risk matters; present
• Analyze complex fact patterns and interpret federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
• Lead, conduct, and oversee complex and high-risk workplace investigations, including scope
• Review and approve investigation plans and reports, guiding strategy, risk areas, documentation
• Lead strategic oversight for wage and hour reviews, ADA matters, and other high-risk compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in employee relations, investigations, employment compliance, wage & hour, or
• Experience handling complex, high-risk matters and advising senior leaders; certifications
