📋 Description

• Partner with front-line managers and Directors to uplevel existing Customer Success and
• Design an ongoing enablement program that is scalable, engaging for remote audiences and informed
• Build multi-model training content including eLearning, virtual workshops, AI-led activities.
• Continuously improve training content with data-driven insights, learner feedback and alignment to

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience developing, coordinating and facilitating training sessions for audiences
• Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
• Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies.
• Works well under pressure in a fast paced, high exception environment.
