📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and improve enablement programs for customer-facing teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years creating training programs for 20+ learners (virtual/in-person).
• Experience designing curricula and structured learning experiences.
• Strong knowledge of modern learning theories and enablement best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience creating engaging digital content and facilitation of workshops.
• Proven ability to analyze feedback to improve programs; strong organizational skills.
