Senior Engagement Manager - Banking Transformation & Cash Management (FSI)

📋 Description

• Lead wave planning and capacity calibration for migration, onboarding, or transition programs
• Provide risk-based input on sequencing, complexity, and readiness dependencies
• Drive playbook iteration and capture escalation themes and process failure modes
• Develop client-specific roadmaps with governance and change activities
• Provide status reporting for executives on progress, dependencies, risks, and health
• Ensure initiatives meet business, schedule, and budget objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex consulting or transformation engagements with measurable outcomes
• Proven management consulting experience in strategy, transformation, operating model, program
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-stakeholder programs with executive governance and risk management
• Strong project and change management capabilities including readiness, adoption, and implementation
• Coaching and influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders to a common objective
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills, including C-level presentations
