Senior Engagement Manager, PS

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 2–4 enterprise SaaS implementations
• Blend project management with AI-augmented delivery to accelerate outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• Manage budgets (€200K–€2M) and align to revenue recognition
• Develop and validate requirements, user stories, and process flows using AI tools
• Provide executive reporting and drive adoption across global customers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation or professional services
• Proven track record delivering complex programs with integrations
• Strong PM tools experience: Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, RocketLane
• Excellent written/verbal communication for executive-ready docs
• Experience with SaaS integrations (REST APIs, iPaaS: MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/CS/IS or equivalent
