Senior Engineer, Applied AI

📋 Description

• Design, build, and productionize AI foundations across Honor.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and security teams.
• Build AI-powered systems for analytics, workflows and operations.
• Turn ambiguous AI opportunities into reliable product capabilities.
• Design observable, secure, cost controlled AI services and pipelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with Tier 1 support.

🎯 Requirements

• Production-grade Python experience, or Node.js experience with willingness to learn Python.
• Build production-grade features spanning UI, backend, data pipelines, and AI.
• Design reliable data models and use relational databases at scale.
• Contribute to large, complex projects; strong communication and tradeoff analysis.
• Refactor legacy monoliths while designing new services and integration patterns.
• Familiar with microservice architecture, RPC; frontend with React; observability with DataDog.
