Senior Engineer – Building Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection

📋 Description

• Lead as Senior Building Systems Mechanical Engineer on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design
• Mentor and manage engineers and designers; ensure quality of drawings and documentation
• Oversee project stages from concept to construction
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to meet scope and schedule
• Perform site visits to collect data and observe construction progress
• Position requires in-office presence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 10 years in Building Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection codes (IBC, IMC, IPC, IFC, ASHRAE, ASPE)
• Familiarity with FM Global (insurance) requirements a plus
• Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, MS Office
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
