Senior Engineer, Human Machine Teaming

📋 Description

• Engineer II or Senior Engineer to join HMT Design capability.
• Define context-sensitive design patterns for operator-autonomy relationships.
• Collaborate with HMT capabilities to design scenarios and testing procedures.
• Travel to company, test, demonstration, and customer locations (~20%).
• Translate baselines into scalable, traceable design practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience (Engineer II) or 3–5 years (Senior Engineer); or
• Degree in human factors engineering, psychology, cognitive systems, industrial/system engineering
• Experience translating HMT experimentation into design guidance and system requirements.
• Working knowledge of human machine teaming, human factors, and cognitive task analysis.
• Proficiency with multivariate analyses/tools (SPSS, R, Python).
• Strong teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.
