🎯 Requirements

Engineer II: typically 2+ years with Bachelor's; Senior Engineer: 3–5 years with Bachelor's (or 2–4
Degree in human factors engineering, psychology, cognitive systems engineering, applied cognitive
Experience planning/executing field studies with human participants and reporting findings
Knowledge of human machine teaming, human factors, human performance, training theory and
Comfort in operational environments (flight lines, ranges, customer sites) and ability to gather
Strong teamwork, collaboration, written and verbal communication
