7+ years of production backend or data infrastructure experience
Strong teamwork and communication; able to explain complex systems
Deep experience with stream processing systems (Flink, Kafka) at production scale
Distributed systems instincts focused on correctness and reliability
Experience with data quality or observability infrastructure
