🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with focus on Python.
• Experience building traditional ML models and generative AI systems (LLMs, retrieval-augmented
• Design and build AI agents with tool use, orchestration, memory/context management, and workflow
• Experience with AI evaluation harnesses, deployment and MLOps practices (monitoring, observability).
• Proficiency transforming unstructured data into structured formats for ML.
• React frontend/Javascript experience and CI/CD practices are a plus.
