Senior Engineer - Machine Learning

📋 Description

• Role focused on designing, implementing, and scaling AI systems within Berkadia’s machine learning
• Contribute to generative AI, predictive modeling, and end-to-end AI solutions for commercial real
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and data teams to translate business problems

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development with emphasis on Python.
• Experience in traditional ML (regression, classification, clustering) and generative AI systems
• Experience designing AI agents with tool use, orchestration, memory/context management, and
• Proficient in deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure; strong emphasis on MLOps (deployment
• Experience working with unstructured data and transforming it into structured formats for ML use.
• Comfortable with React/Javascript frontend skills as a plus and with Agile/CI-CD practices.
