Senior Engineer, Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Lead manufacturing engineering activities for aircraft systems from prototype to production.
• Develop and optimize processes, methods, and sequences to improve safety, quality, cost, and
• Design and validate tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids for repeatable production.
• Maintain work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing specs.
• Influence product designs via DFM/DFA and support engineering changes.
• Lead prototype builds, readiness, first article inspections, and NPI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Industrial or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering for complex products (aerospace/defense/auto/robotics).
• Experience with manufacturing processes for complex assemblies.
• Strong understanding of machining, composites, electrical/mechanical assemblies, final integration.
• CAD proficiency: CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Creo or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing documentation.
