🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a materials engineering role (aerospace/automotive preferred).
Bachelor's in Materials Science/Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Mechanical/Reliability
Electronics familiarity (PCBs/PCBAs) and common failure mechanisms (solder fatigue, intermetallics
