Senior Engineer (ML Engineer)

📋 Description

• Validate ML stack for AI performance on Graphcore hardware
• Test, benchmark, and validate complex systems pre-release
• Expose regressions, correctness issues, and performance limits
• Run open source models and build automated benchmarking pipelines
• Create targeted tests for ML behaviour (precision, quantisation, attention, distributed exec)
• Collaborate with software, infrastructure, and hardware teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML software engineering experience
• Neural networks, training, inference, precision, perf trade-offs
• Hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Triton or similar
• Strong Python for automation, experimentation, benchmarking
• Experience designing, running, analysing ML benchmarks
• Debugging in Linux, curiosity about model behaviour and system perf
