Senior Engineer (MongoDB & AWS Serverless)

📋 Description

• Own design and end‑to‑end delivery of software across features, services, and systems
• Build and operate cloud‑native, serverless apps on AWS (secure, resilient, scalable)
• Lead by example with clean code and architecture aligned to SSDLC
• Identify tech debt; improve maintainability, reliability, operability
• Define testing strategies stressing security, accessibility, resilience
• Mentor engineers; foster collaboration and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Strong modern software engineering: clean code, patterns, microservices
• Serverless AWS with Lambda, API Gateway; IaC via CloudFormation/Serverless
• MongoDB expertise: schema design, performance, aggregations; know SQL/NoSQL
• Experience with TDD, CI/CD, containers; reliability focus
• Security‑first mindset; cloud security, threat modelling, compliance
• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban); effective planning and delivery
