Senior Engineer (Platform)

📋 Description

• Design and maintain internal developer tooling, reusable packages, and platform abstractions.
• Build and operate automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Develop and operate AWS infrastructure using IaC with a focus on scalability, security, and cost
• Apply SRE, observability, and incident-management practices to improve reliability.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce toil.
• Improve platform as a product by reducing cognitive load for engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar.
• Strong automation tooling and platform abstractions.
• Hands-on AWS production experience.
• IaC experience, Terraform or equivalent.
• CI/CD design, deployment automation.
• Observability with Datadog, Sentry, or similar.
