Senior Engineer (Platform)

📋 Description

• Design and maintain internal developer tooling and platform abstractions to reduce operational
• Build and operate automated CI/CD pipelines for frequent, safe software delivery.
• Develop and operate AWS infrastructure with IaC for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Apply SRE, observability, and incident-management practices to improve reliability.
• Identify AI, automation, and tooling opportunities to boost productivity and reduce toil.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support asynchronous, remote-first work culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Platform Eng, DevOps, SRE, or equivalent production role.
• Strong software development skills for automation and tooling.
• Hands-on AWS production systems design, deployment, and operation experience.
• IaC experience, preferably Terraform or similar.
• Proven CI/CD and deployment automation experience.
• Observability and production debugging with Datadog, Sentry, or similar.
