Senior Engineer - Solution Support

📋 Description

• Design and implement AppViewX Platform to solve automation problems.
• Be the final escalation point for customer inquiries and issues.
• Provide workarounds, fix issues, and create follow-up tickets as needed.
• Migrate customers to latest code and ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve support processes and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution support or related roles.
• Kubernetes, Networking, and Systems knowledge; PKI platforms.
• Certifications such as RHCE, Linux+, CCNA is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with international customers.
