📋 Description

• Support structural analysis and testing of advanced UAVs
• Collaborate with mechanical, systems, propulsion, and aerospace engineers
• Design, analyze, test, and optimize airframe structures
• Ensure performance, weight, and safety requirements
• Develop FEM models and validate against test data
• Document reports and present recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in structural analysis or aircraft loads analysis
• B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS, NASTRAN, HyperWorks)
• Hand calculations for strength, stability, fatigue
• Knowledge of composites and lightweight aerospace structures
• Familiarity with mechanical testing methods and data analysis (Excel, MATLAB, Python)
