Senior Engineer, Test Automation

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright across
• Develop and maintain release validation docs supporting GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Explore AI-assisted testing, including LLM-based test generation and intelligent failure analysis.
• Integrate automated quality gates within CI/CD while balancing speed and regulatory rigor.
• Collaborate with engineers to embed testing early and promote a quality-first culture.
• Partner with product, engineering, and QA to refine testing strategies and QA processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/QA engineering with hands-on test automation.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Playwright experience; scalable, maintainable automation frameworks.
• GxP validation practices knowledge, traceability matrices, validation reports.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals; CI/CD integration of automated tests.
