Senior Engineer, Test & Evaluation (R5262)

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute aircraft/lab test activities, including pre-test readiness reviews
• Manage and maintain traceability of test requirements throughout system development, integration
• Coordinate test schedules to align with program milestones and objectives.
• Develop and manage test event sequencing and execution plans across build and integration lifecycle.
• Oversee ground and flight test execution, ensuring adherence to procedures, safety, and program
• Support TRRs, test planning meetings, and pre-test briefings to enable successful test execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of aerospace/test experience.
• Experience planning, executing, and reporting on tests for UAV/UAS or manned aircraft systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience developing aircraft test plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience supporting aircraft integration, test, and validation in
• Strong communication and safety-focused approach; ability to travel domestically as needed.
