Senior Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable microservices from architecture through production deployment.
• Lead backend system design and implementation, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and increase productivity.
• Own development, testing strategy, design discussions, and operations for containerized API
• Participate in agile development across design, implementation, and deployment.
• Ensure end-to-end lifecycle of new product features/components and maintain performance and scale.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent.
• 12+ years as a backend developer with 4+ years in team management.
• Experience with Java, Springboot, SQL, and AI tooling; strong React experience.
• Experience with large-scale SQL/NoSQL databases (SingleStore, Postgres).
• Fluent with relational databases; good problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments; agile methodologies.
