  • Experience engaging enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
  • Strong pre-sales and solution consulting capabilities, with the ability to align business objectives to technology solutions
  • 1โ€“2+ years of Salesforce experience or Salesforce-related projects
  • Fluent Korean and strong business English communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or other AI-powered customer engagement technologies
