🎯 Requirements

4+ years managing software engineers, incl. hiring, performance.
8+ years hands-on software engineering, building/operating prod systems.
Experience in developer tooling, platform engineering, observability, or data engineering.
Lead through ambiguity and deliver outcomes across teams.
Strong customer orientation and sound judgment.
Analytics, data pipelines, and metrics platforms; AI tools development.
