Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own architecture, strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Business Development, and executives to align tech with
• Support multiple deployment models: managed-platform and licensed-software.
• Establish engineering practices meeting security, compliance, resilience, and governance for
• Lead response to incidents, outages, security events, and key-management scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years leading production-scale distributed systems teams.
• Proven track record owning large-scale, security-critical platforms end-to-end.
• Deep cryptography and secure key-management expertise: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs.
• Cloud-native systems: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra.
• Security/compliance familiarity for regulated financial services (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC)
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure across custody, trading, staking, treasury, settlement.
