📋 Description

• Lead multiple teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management, wallets, and
• Own architecture and roadmap for distributed MPC custody platform for institutional scale.
• Partner with Product/Security/ negócio execs to align tech with regulatory needs.
• Hands-on leader shaping engineering practices and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ years leading production-scale teams.
• Proven ownership of large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to operation.
• Deep expertise in cryptography and secure key-management (MPC, TEEs, HSM).
• Cloud-native design with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra.
• Knowledge of security/compliance for regulated financial services (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC).
• Experience with digital asset infra including custody, trading, staking, treasury management.
