Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform, including
• Partner with Product, Security, Business Development, and executives to prioritize engineering
• Support multiple product deployment models (managed-platform and licensed-software).
• Establish engineering practices meeting security, compliance, resilience, and governance for
• Lead response to production incidents, outages, security events, and sensitive key-management

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading teams for
• Proven experience owning large-scale, security-critical platforms from architecture to production
• Deep expertise in modern cryptography and secure key-management tech, particularly MPC, threshold
• Strong experience designing and operating cloud-native systems (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD
• Solid understanding of security/compliance for regulated financial services (SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure covering custody, trading, staking, treasury
