Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own architecture and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform for institutional scale.
• Partner with Product, Security, BD, and execs to align tech with customer and regulatory needs.
• Support multiple deployment models: managed-platform and licensed-software.
• Establish engineering practices meeting security, compliance, resilience, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years leading production-scale, secure distributed systems.
• Proven ownership of large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to operation.
• Deep cryptography expertise: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs.
• Cloud-native design experience: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra.
• Strong security/compliance knowledge: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC; familiar with
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure: custody, trading, staking, treasury, settlement.
