📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own architecture and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform with security controls and
• Collaborate with Product, Security, BD, and execs to align investments with regulatory and customer
• Support deployment models including managed-platform and licensed-software environments.
• Establish engineering practices meeting security, compliance, resilience, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading production-scale
• Proven ownership of large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to operations.
• Deep expertise in cryptography and secure key-management technologies (MPC, threshold signatures
• Strong experience designing/operating cloud-native systems (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability).
• Solid understanding of security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and regulated
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure (custody, trading, staking, treasury, blockchain
