Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams on custody, authorization, key mgmt, wallets, blockchain
• Own architecture, roadmap for distributed MPC custody platform
• Collaborate with Product, Security, BD, execs to align with customer/regulatory needs
• Support multiple deployment models (managed-platform, licensed-software)
• Establish security/compliance/resilience/governance practices for regulated finance
• Lead incident response and continuous improvement for production issues

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading production-scale teams
• Proven track record owning large security-critical platforms
• Deep cryptography expertise: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs
• Cloud-native design: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability
• Security/compliance knowledge: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC
• Experience with digital asset infra: custody, trading, staking, treasury, settlement
