📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams for custody, tx authorization, key management, wallets, and
• Own architecture and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform for institutional scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Business Development, and execs on requirements and priorities.
• Shape engineering practices, incidents, and leadership development across teams.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering practices to boost productivity and quality.
• Balance scalability, security, compliance, and maintainability in technical decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years leading production-scale distributed systems.
• Proven ownership of large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to operation.
• Deep cryptography expertise: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs.
• Cloud-native design with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC; familiarity with SEC/CFTC/OCC/MiCA.
• Experience in asset infrastructure including custody, trading, staking, treasury, settlement.
