Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own the architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform
• Partner with Product, Security, Business Development, and executive leadership to prioritize
• Support multiple product deployment models, including managed-platform and licensed-software
• Establish engineering practices that meet demanding security, compliance, resilience, and
• Lead engineering response to production incidents, outages, security events, and sensitive

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading teams responsible
• Proven experience owning large-scale, security-critical platforms from architectural design through
• Deep expertise in modern cryptography and secure key-management technologies, particularly MPC
• Strong experience designing and operating cloud-native systems, including Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to regulated financial
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure spanning custody, trading, staking, treasury
