Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own architecture, strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform.
• Partner with Product, Security, Business Development, and executives to align with regulatory and
• Support multiple deployment models (managed-platform and licensed-software).
• Establish engineering practices for security, compliance, resilience, and governance.
• Lead incident response for production outages, security events, and key-management scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading production-scale distributed systems teams.
• Proven ownership of large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to operation.
• Deep expertise in cryptography and secure key-management (MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs).
• Strong cloud-native design experience (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability).
• Knowledge of security/compliance for regulated financial services (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST
