Senior Engineering Manager - Fullstack

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing software engineering team focused on both leadership and hands-on
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable microservices from architecture through production deployment.
• Lead backend system design, ensure robust, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve
• Own development, testing strategy, design discussions, and operations of containerized API services.
• Participate in agile software development from design to deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years as a Backend developer with at least 4+ years of team management.
• Experience with server-side technologies: Java, Springboot, SQL, PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience in React.
• Fluent with relational databases; experience with large-scale SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments is a plus.
