📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers building the HB Assistant platform across web
• Own end-to-end delivery from planning and architecture through shipping, quality, and reliability.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data to set roadmap priorities and turn ambiguous problems into
• Drive engineering excellence: system design, monitoring, latency, and data validation for agentic
• Champion AI-native, end-to-end systems thinking across the team and EPDD organization.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top engineering talent; foster a high-trust team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience with 4+ years in people management.
• Experience leading platform or product engineering teams in fast-paced SaaS or consumer tech.
• Strong architectural and design fundamentals; stay close to the code.
• Fluency in modern AI/agentic engineering (LLMs, agents, tool use, evals).
• Experience designing developer-facing APIs or shared services; influence roadmaps for shared
• Strong data instincts; ability to instrument features for learning and measure funnels/cohorts.
