🎯 Requirements

5-7+ years as an Engineering Manager, leading infrastructure or platform teams.
5+ years as Software or Infrastructure Engineer; deep enough to lead design reviews and incident
Experience managing interface between platform teams and product engineering, with self-serve
Comfort handling a support queue, strategic roadmap, on-call rotation, and fast-moving dependencies.
Familiarity with AWS-scale cloud infrastructure, observability tooling (Datadog or similar), and
Experience owning a platform strategy and communicating measurable goals to senior leadership.
