Senior Engineering Manager, Platform

📋 Description

• Lead a platform engineering team focused on Infrastructure, SRE and DevOps.
• Set direction for platform architecture and ensure roadmap execution.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term tooling, infrastructure, and reliability investments.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling in a regulated
• Design AI-powered internal tools and agentic workflows to automate tasks and improve productivity.
• Improve developer onboarding, CI/CD, and local-to-prod workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles.
• 3+ years leading and growing high-performing teams.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD, Datadog, PostgreSQL, CI/CD tooling, GitOps.
• Experience operating production systems and on-call rotations.
• Able to set technical direction across developer experience and infrastructure.
• Strong collaboration and business-focused communication; comfortable with AI tools in daily
