📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams for platform capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, AI Platform to define roadmaps.
• Deliver scalable, secure, highly available platform solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging AI tools, AI-driven insights, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted software.
• 10+ years software engineering, building large-scale enterprise or cloud-native platforms.
• 3+ years leading engineering managers or multiple software teams.
• Strong experience in Java and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience building platform services, frameworks, infrastructure components, or developer-facing
• Cloud environments and modern DevOps/SRE operating models.
