Senior Engineering Manager, Security & IT

📋 Description

• Unify and mature security, IT, and compliance across the org with a coherent strategy.
• Own the security posture and drive zero-trust, vulnerability management, and secure-by-default
• Scale the compliance program and SOC 2 Type 2/audit readiness for enterprise deals.
• Lead reliable IT operations for a globally distributed, 100% remote engineering org.
• Represent Fingerprint’s security posture to customers, prospects, and auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in security, IT, or GRC with 3+ years managing a team.
• Breadth across application security, IT operations, and compliance/GRC.
• SOC 2 ownership experience; ability to manage auditor relationships and controls.
• Deep AppSec knowledge: OWASP, vulnerability management (Snyk or similar), security reviews.
• IT operations leadership: IAM (Okta/SCIM/SAML), endpoint management, remote workforce IT at scale.
• Strategic communicator who translates security complexity into business language.
