Senior Engineering Manager - Streaming (Streaming)

📋 Description

• Lead software, QA, and automation teams for streaming apps across platforms
• Drive long-term roadmap and prioritize features for user experience, growth, and retention
• Oversee app features, integrations with video platforms, ads, and SDKs
• Manage P/SDLC from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization
• Ensure architecture, performance, and security trade-offs align with business goals
• Partner with product, design, data, and operations to deliver end-to-end experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software development with leadership, building high-scale distributed systems
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with modern web/mobile tech and multi-platform streaming
• Knowledge of video formats, DRM (Widevine, FairPlay), and ad tech
• Ability to define metrics, drive data-driven decisions, and ship with AI-aware mindset
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Master’s preferred
