• Global leadership of Quality Engineering across Kong’s runtime platforms
• Architect AI-driven testing strategy with LLMs and autonomous test agents
• Own runtimes quality strategy for low-latency data planes (C/Lua/Rust)
• Modernize frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Shift-left quality and governance with upstream testability standards
• Define enterprise-grade QE metrics and health indicators

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Software Engineering / SDET
• 4+ years in Engineering Management
• Hands-on AI integration using LLMs, Generative AI, or autonomous agent frameworks
• Operational excellence across follow-the-sun cadence and cross-timezone work
