• Lead a team responsible for building shared testing systems, environments, and tooling for

• Own system-level coverage outcomes and ensure integration into release validation.
• Collaborate with Cloud/Infrastructure, Reliability, Release Engineering, and product teams.

• Strong background in reliable distributed systems or adjacent platform infrastructure.
• Track record delivering internal platforms/tooling adopted by many teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, and drive execution across teams.
• Ability to define and drive measurable outcomes beyond shipping tooling.

🎁 Benefits

• The estimated pay range for this role is $268,000 - $351,750 depending on experience and location.
• This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.
